Klübersynth BH 72-422 is a high-performance synthetic grease designed for elevated temperature applications. It is formulated using a combination of ester and perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) base oils, thickened with PTFE to deliver reliable lubrication under demanding conditions.
This grease maintains excellent oil retention at high temperatures and offers strong thermal stability, making it well suited for continuous operation in the range of 160 °C up to 220 °C. As a result, relubrication intervals can be extended, supporting reduced maintenance frequency and improved operational efficiency.
An additional benefit is its lower density compared to many PFPE-based lubricants, offering a higher volume yield. This allows for more efficient usage and can contribute to overall cost savings in high-temperature applications.
