Klüberpaste UH1 96-402 is a high-temperature assembly paste developed for use in hygiene-critical environments. It is formulated with fully synthetic base oils combined with a carefully selected blend of ceramic solid lubricants.
At operating temperatures up to around 160 °C, it performs as a water-resistant lubricating and assembly paste, offering strong adhesion to metal surfaces.
At sustained higher temperatures, up to 1200 °C, the ceramic solid lubricants take over, providing effective protection against tribocorrosion and fretting corrosion, helping to preserve component integrity in extreme conditions.
